Do I need a map already?

No. We make it from satellite photos and elevation data. If you have an old map, you can share it, and we'll use it to help.

How long does it take?

About 30 minutes for most properties. Big or complicated places can take longer.

What do I have to do?

Answer some easy questions, like how many RV sites and cabins you have. Then trace your property line on a satellite photo. We draft the map. Then we ask you about anything we're not sure of.

Will the map be perfect?

No map made from satellite photos is perfect. Photos can be a few years old, and you may have built or planted something since. You can move, add or remove anything.

Is every tree on the map?

No. Trees and plants are drawn to show what the place looks like, not every single tree.

Can I change my map later?

Yes, any time, for free. You don't have to ask us.

How much can I add to my map?

Every plan comes with plenty of room for your buildings, amenities and landscaping. Bigger properties, map styles and General Store get more.

What if I don't want to do it myself?

We can finish it for you for $399. You answer the setup questions first. Then we meet with you on two short video calls. It's ready in 5 business days. See how

Is it really 3D?

Yes. You choose if guests can spin it all the way around, see it from one angle, or see it flat.

Can it match my brand?

Pick a map style, pick your colors and add your logo. For a map built around your brand, a custom style is $1,999.

Can my staff help?

Yes. You can add staff. You choose who can make changes, and you can approve changes before they go live.

How do I put it on my website?

Tell us what your website runs on, like Squarespace or WordPress, and pick a size. We give you one line of code to paste in.

Does my map get its own web page too?

Yes. Every map gets its own page you can share. You can hide it from Google if you want.

What do guests see when they tap a site?

You choose: just the basics, a few photos and top amenities, or everything.

Can guests search for the right site?

Yes. They can pick things like pull-through, 50 amp or pets allowed. Matching sites stay bright. The rest fade.

Can guests find their way when they're here?

Yes. When a guest is on your property, they can turn on their location and tap a button like Pool or Bathhouse. The map shows the way and about how long the walk is.

Does it work with no cell signal?

Guests can save the map on their phone before they arrive. Then it opens even with no signal.

Do guests need an app?

No. It works in any phone or computer browser.

Is it in Spanish?

Yes. The map comes in English and Spanish.

Can guests share a site with a friend?

Yes. Every site has a share button. The link opens your map right to that site.

What about house rules, like no pets?

Add tags to a site, like pet friendly or adults only. Guests can search by them.

What about an open tent area with no site numbers?

Draw it as one area and set how many tents fit.

Does it work with my booking system?

Yes. Each site on the map links to its page in your booking system. You don't switch anything. See the list

Can guests see which sites are open?

Only with General Store. With General Store, guests pick their dates on the map and booked sites fade out. With other booking systems, guests check dates on your booking page.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Never.

How much is it?

$59 the first month, $49 the second, $39 the third, then $29 a month for 10 years. Your first 14 days are free.

What counts as a unit?

Any place you rent out: RV sites, tent sites, cabins, glamping tents, rooms, boat slips and storage units. Pools, courts and stores don't count.

What if I have more than 100 units?

It's 75¢ a unit each month after the first 100. On General Store, there's no charge per unit.

I own more than one park. How does that work?

One login for all of them. Each park has its own plan.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Yes. You won't be charged until day 14, or until you put your map on your website, whichever comes first.

What happens if I cancel?

Your map comes off your website. We keep it for one year. If you come back in that time, your map is still there, and your price starts again at $59.

Are there any deals?

Our founding deal is for General Store. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

Are any map styles free?

Yes. Three come free with every map.

How much are the others?

About $60 each, one time. You keep it for as long as you have your map.

Will styles change with the seasons?

Seasonal versions are coming. If you already bought a style, you'll get its seasons free.

Can I print my map?

We make printed maps for you. We don't give out print files.

Why can't I just print the 3D map?

A good paper map isn't a photo of your property. It's a drawing made so guests can find their way, like a ski trail map. A designer draws it by hand from your 3D map.

How much is a printed map?

For up to 100 units: $2,000 in our style, $2,200 in one of our map styles, or $3,000 in your own style. It's $10 per unit after 100. Three rounds of changes are included.

If I pick one of your map styles for print, do I get it online too?

Yes. We add that style to your online map for free.

Can I use pictures of my map on social media?

Yes. You can save smaller pictures of your map for posts.

Do you take 360 photos?

Yes. We can photograph your whole property, each type of site or room, or every single one. Use our calculator for a price.

Do you do drone mapping?

Yes. We can map your land from the air and scan your buildings so they look real on your map.

Do I need a Cairn map to order photos?

No. You can order them on their own.

Do I own the photos?

You can use them as long as you're with us. If you leave, you can buy them: $25 a photo in your first year, $15 in your second, and free after that.

Is the walk-through tour extra?

Yes. A full walk-through of your property on your map is $10 a month. Photos on each site have no monthly fee.
